Tata Power, one of India’s top power companies and a key player in the electric vehicle (EV) charging space, has announced that it has successfully installed over 100,000 home EV chargers across the country.

These chargers are located in distant areas of the country and enable e-mobility adoption by providing consumers with a seamless and reliable charging experience in the comfort of their own homes.

Tata Power, which has been leading the country's transition to e-mobility, has achieved the milestone of deploying over 1,100 EV bus charging points in important metropolitan cities, contributing to the construction of a sustainable public transportation charging network.

The company presently operates a network of approximately 5,600 RFID-enabled 5,570 public and captive charge points strategically positioned throughout malls, hotels, hospitals, offices, residential communities, and roads, which is centrally managed by an advanced Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Mumbai.
