Baxy Mobility Launches New CNG Auto-Rickshaw

Baxy Mobility, based in Gurugram, has enhanced its position in the alternate fuel industry by adding two additional CNG variations to its large commercial vehicle inventory.

The Baxy CNG Three-Wheeler Range offers 32km/kg mileage in both cargo and passenger sectors.

These cars, dubbed Super King Cargo and Express Passenger, are priced between Rs 2.7 and 3 lakhs. They meet BS6 standards and have a range of 32 km/kg.

It can be noticed that electric and CNG three-wheeler products are becoming more popular. Sales are rising dramatically year on year, and the Mahindra Alfa CNG Passenger and Cargo variants are a recent entry into this segment. Baxy Mobility offers a diverse range of cargo and passenger three-wheelers in diesel, EV, and CNG fuel options. Each of the company's products features cutting-edge technology, great performance, and adherence to all government norms and requirements. The company is best known for its Diesel Mechanical Engines 'M-TEC Engines,' which are sold under the brand name Continental Engines.

Baxy Super King Cargo

The cargo area on the Baxy Super King Cargo CNG carrier is the largest in its class, reaching 6.5 feet. This extra room allows for greater weight carrying capacity. The vehicle itself provides greater performance and dependability across a variety of terrains, while its mileage of 32 km/kg translates to larger profit margins.

The payload is 475 kg, while the GVW is 990 kg. With a turning radius of 2.8 meters, the cargo carrier can handle a gradeability of 18 per cent. It has a 2,420mm wheelbase and can reach speeds of 65 km/h. This three-wheeler has handlebar steering and four forward and one reverse gear. The Baxy M-Tec G400 WG VI Bi Fuel CNG engine produces 8.71 horsepower at 3,400 rpm and 22 Nm torque at 2,000 - 2,400 rpm. The engine is available in single cylinder (40 litres) and double cylinder (30+30 litres) configurations, and it is coupled to a four-speed transmission with hydraulic drum brakes.

New Baxy CNG Rickshaw

This driver + 3-passenger auto rickshaw has a cargo capacity of 450 kg and a comfy and spacious interior. It is ergonomically designed and capable of handling difficult road conditions. The Baxy Express has a 1,910 mm wheelbase, a height of 1,780mm, and a ground clearance of 175mm. It has an 18-degree gradeability, just as its Cargo cousin. The fuel tank has a capacity of 9 liters. The engine is a Baxy M-Tec G400 WG VI Bi Fuel CNG engine that produces 5.52 horsepower at 3,600 rpm and 23.6 Nm torque at 2,000-2,400 rpm. The mileage is 32-34 km/kg, making it a very fuel-efficient auto rickshaw. It has hydraulic drum brakes and a well-designed suspension system. It costs Rs 2.90 lakh and comes with a four-year warranty.

The interiors include more legroom and a variety of exterior color options, while the auto rickshaw has safety doors and a sophisticated dashboard and music system. The Super King Cargo and Express Passenger are manufactured in the company's Roorkee plant and are available through the company's 75 dealerships across India.
