Vst Launched Its New 932 Di-I Trac Compact Tractor.

VST announced the launch of their highly anticipated COMPACT+Multiutility 932 DI-i Trac tractor in Pandharpur, where 500 farmers participated.

The new 932 DI -i Trac tractor is a 30-32 HP tractor with numerous useful features. This new farm tractor includes features such as Fully Synchromesh gears, MID PTO & reverse PTO, and multispeed independent PTO, which aid in the performance of duties with greater convenience and efficiency.

Castrol and Mahindra Insurance Brokers have announced a partnership for Castrol Auto Service Workshop.

Castrol India and Mahindra Insurance Brokers (MIBL) have officially announced a strategic alliance to provide vehicle insurance plans for Castrol Auto Service (CAS) facilities. CAS workshops will have the chance to become Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) for the distribution of appropriate insurance products from top motor insurance carriers via MIBL's digital platform under this agreement.

Castrol India and Mahindra Insurance Brokers' relationship reflects the increasing needs of the automobile industry, where seamless integration of insurance services with repair and maintenance capabilities may provide clients with comprehensive solutions under one roof.

Switch Mobility provided 6 Solo e-buses to Translink in Northern Ireland.

Switch Mobility, a Hinduja Group firm that manufactures next-generation carbon-neutral electric buses and light commercial vehicles, has delivered six Switch Solo electric buses to Translink, Northern Ireland's principal public transportation provider.

According to the corporation, four buses will travel routes in the Coleraine area, with the remaining two transporting people to the Giant's Causeway.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has signed a file stating that all trucks must have AC cabins from 2025

Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari declared that air-conditioned (AC) cabins will be compulsory for all trucks from 2025. The decision came as a relief to drivers who had to spend nearly 11-12 hours on the road in hot and short cabins.

Working Conditions and long hours are the main contributors to driver fatigue and accidents. While prominent foreign truck manufacturers such as Volvo and Scania currently equip their high-end trucks with AC cabins, despite years of consideration, many Indian manufacturers have yet to follow this practice. Minister Gadkari's approval of the idea is accompanied by an 18-month transition period, giving the industry enough time to complete the necessary changes.

Omega Seiki Mobility launches its first Urban Passenger electric vehicle: OSM Stream City

Omega Seiki Mobility, a subsidiary of the Anglian Omega Group, has introduced the OSM Stream City, a new series of electric urban passenger vehicles.

OSM Stream City will come in two variants: OSM Stream City ATR and Stream City 8.5. The OSM Stream City ATR costs Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Stream City 8.5 with a fixed battery costs Rs 3.01 lakh.

The Omega Seiki Mobility Stream City range will enable E-Rickshaw drivers to maximize their revenue potential. The electric passenger three-wheeler will provide a 15-20% boost in earning potential, providing higher wages and larger savings.

Volvo rolls out medium-duty electric trucks with longer range

Volvo Trucks has introduced new, more powerful batteries for its medium-duty electric trucks, with a range of up to 450km and the ability to electrify even more metropolitan transport tasks.
The batteries in Volvo's medium-duty truck series provide 42% more energy capacity. It delivers up to 450 km in total range on a single charge.

This means that the vehicles can handle most routes and assignments in metropolitan areas, as well as powering equipment for energy-intensive tasks like garbage collection or city building. The extra energy can also be used for long-duration city driving operations without needing to recharge. The Volvo FL Electric now has a range of up to 450km, while the Volvo FE Electric has a range of up to 300km.

Captain Tractors Pvt Ltd sets new world record

Recently, an event occurred, in which the country's famous Captain Tractors Pvt Ltd got an important position full of pride in the world's famous International Book of Records. The event was organised in Jetpur, Gujarat's Rajkot district.
Captain Tractor Pvt Ltd's amazing efforts transformed tractors, ambitions, and aspirations into beautifully built chariots, serving as a sign of trust between the company and the farmers.

In that event, 70 mini tractors of the same type, model and colour were transformed into chariots. Each had the excellent fortune of bringing over 140 valuable idols of Gods and Goddesses on a spiritual journey of around 27 kilometres in 12 hours.

Tata Motors Finance (TMF) and BluSmart Mobility have partnered to grow their fleet and operations in Delhi NCR. The credit facility of INR 25 crore is provided in the form of an umbrella loan cum lease solution, allowing BluSmart to expand its fleet by 200 EVs.

Tata Motors Finance (TMF) is one of India's major automotive financiers and BluSmart Mobility is India's first and leading EV ride-hailing service and EV charging superhub infrastructure operator.

Ashok Leyland collaborates with IDBI Bank to provide Channel Finance services.

Commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland announced a channel financing relationship with IDBI Bank Ltd. Ashok Leyland and IDBI Bank have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under this agreement, the partners would offer customized financial solutions to dealers.

IDBI Bank’s goal is to provide seamless financial support to Ashok Leyland's dealers with the e-SCF technology. The bank intends to develop comparable new products and services in the future to meet clients' rising needs.

EvoBus will be renamed Daimler Buses to emphasize brand connection.

EvoBus is renamed Daimler Buses. The modification will be effective from July 12, 2023. Affiliated European national subsidiaries will be rebranded in the same manner. The name "EvoBus" will then be dropped.

The name change will be implemented across Europe and will apply to all national companies. Beginning in mid-July, the connected service centres, previously known as 'BusWorld Home,' will be renamed and marketed as Daimler Buses Service Centers. The former EvoBus GmbH will benefit from brand awareness across all business areas while also emphasizing its relationship with the Daimler Truck Group.
