The Altigreen neEV is available in three variants: flatbed, high deck, and low deck.
Altigreen, a commercial electric vehicle manufacturer, has introduced the neEV Tez variant to expand its last-mile electric vehicle portfolio. Altigreen is aggressively ramping up its R&D and production capabilities while developing a robust pan-India distribution network to offer the best and cleanest last-mile transportation. Exponent Energy will continue to focus on producing more batteries for all types of commercial vehicles, including three-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles, as well as passenger and cargo commercial vehicles.
Altigreen and Exponent teamed up in August 2022 to introduce fast-charging options to hasten the electrification of last-mile vehicles in India. The first outcome of the partnership is the debut of neEV Tez. The price of Altigreen's neEV Tez starts from Rs 3,55,000 lakhs.
Altigreen intends to produce the new line of vehicles at its Malur factory, which can produce 55,000 units annually. The last-mile EV manufacturer operates in 12 cities and anticipates deploying almost 2,000 of the recently released Tez in Bangalore alone.
The key feature of this new vehicle is that it solves a common issue that EVs face, quick charging, and here you can charge the battery to 100% in just 15 minutes. That sounds appealing, given that most customers are concerned about battery range while delivering cargo shipments. The advanced e-pump charging network from Exponent Energy will support this fast charging.
Altigreen claims that the longer range and quicker charging times will benefit customers greatly by enabling them to make more trips each day with less time spent charging, increasing the possibility of making a larger profit. On this vehicle, you will receive a 5-year or 1 lakh km guarantee and a 5-year or 1.55 lakh km battery warranty.
Altigreen, based in Bengaluru, is constantly expanding its capabilities through innovation and has aggressive expansion plans to broaden its pan-India presence and meet rising demand. Altigreen's product offering is built on four solid pillars: the longest range, the largest volumetric capacity, the highest ground clearance, and the greatest torque. Altigreen is an electric three-wheeler manufacturer backed by Sixth Sense, Xponentia, and Reliance. Over 1,000 electric three-wheelers are on Indian roads, serving the last-mile mobility segment.
The company's commercial electric 3W offering, neEV, recently completed a 150+ km intercity drive between two iconic Karnataka locations, namely Mysore Palace and Bangalore Palace, on a single charge in about six hours. Furthermore, the company recently announced a partnership to launch the fastest-charged 3-wheeler, as well as over 100 chargers in Bengaluru.
