The ‘World in A Room’ event recently concluded at Kinetic Green’s Supa plant in Pune, Maharashtra. It highlighted the company’s commitment to diversity and community engagement through various plant-level initiatives and leadership development programs.
The event featured initiatives like SheRise and SkillHer, which offer women internships and specialized training. The company also introduced the Jayashree Firodia Innovation Award, honoring women who are leading technological advancements. The participation of engineering students from Pune added youthful energy and optimism to the event.
A Vision of Empowerment
Under the leadership of Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, the company has been dedicated to promoting women’s roles within the organization. A notable achievement is the creation of a 100% women-led assembly line for the E-Luna, a testament to the company’s commitment to gender equality and innovation.
Kinetic Green also aims for 50% female participation in its two and three-wheeler and golf cart assembly lines, further reinforcing its focus on offering women opportunities in technical and manufacturing roles.
