Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) has expanded its Mahindra WE (Women Entrepreneurs) Hunnar program, which focuses on training women for jobs in the mobility sector. On International Women’s Day, MLMML celebrated the women who completed the Mahindra WE Hunnar program and received their driving licenses.
The program was started in July 2024 as part of the company's corporate social responsibility. The program offers training in driving three-wheelers and four-wheelers, customer care, and electric vehicle (EV) repair and maintenance. A total of 245 women were trained, including 52 in vehicle operation, 185 in customer care, and 8 in EV repair and maintenance. Along with practical training, the company helped with the licensing process and partnered with financial institutions to provide loan opportunities for participants looking for employment.
