Sonalika Tractors became the largest tractor export brand in India, breaking all prior records

After attaining a phenomenal year-to-date (YTD) growth of 60.1% between April 2021 and January 2022, Sonalika Tractors also became the largest tractor export brand in India.

Sonalika sold a total of 39,274 tractors across the world which is the highest in June 2022.

India’s best tractor brand, Sonalika Tractors created a new product and performance benchmark in June 2022. The recorded sale registered in the first quarter of FY23 was 39,274 tractors which is an overall 18% growth above 33,219 in the last year 2021. According to the company, the government's rise in the MSP enabled a strong rural cash flow, which supported demand for tractors overall in Q1 FY23 despite an exceptional heat wave affecting crop production across the country.

After attaining a phenomenal year-to-date (YTD) growth of 60.1% between April 2021 and January 2022, Sonalika Tractors also became the largest tractor export brand in India in February of this year. The company exported 28,722 units between April 2021 and January 2022 as opposed to 17,938 units during the same period the previous year. Sonalika Tractors saw a gain of 50.8% in January 2022, shipping 3,022 units as compared to 2,004 units in the same month the year before.
