Tata Motors' Sampoorna Seva is a comprehensive corporate care package. It begins when you purchase your vehicle and continues throughout your adventure. Sampoorna Seva 2.0 covers it all, whether it's Insurance or Breakdown, Rewards or Authentic Spares, Resale or Warranty.
Customers are served by 1500 channel partners who cover 29 state service centres, more than 250 Tata Motors engineers, modern equipment, tools, and facilities, and 24x7 mobile vans for on-the-spot service under the 2.0 project.
The Sampoorna Seva projects have crucial components that provide nearly everything the customer might possibly require. Let's take a look at each of them individually.

Tata Delight, which debuted in February 2011, is India's first customer loyalty program in the commercial vehicle business. Customers who buy Tata vehicles are immediately enrolled in this reward program. Loyalty points are awarded for every Rs.1,000 spent at Tata Motors Authorised Service Centres, Spare Parts Centres, and Programme Partners. Membership is valid for 5 years, and points are valid for 3 years.
This also includes an accidental death/disability benefit of up to Rs.10 lakh and an accidental hospitalisation benefit of up to Rs.50 000 for the duration of the membership. This program has around 12 lakh retail customers participating.

Tata Ok allows you to sell or buy used Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles. To prevent fraud, Tata motors assist customers at all stages of sourcing and purchasing, valuation, refurbishing, and sale of refurbished vehicles. This has the advantage of getting you the maximum price for your commercial vehicle. The evaluation will take place immediately outside your home. TATA OK-certified vehicles can be financed up to 80%. TATA OK certified pre-owned vehicles come with a warranty.

Tata Genuine Parts (TGP) are designed to keep your vehicle running properly so that your business can develop more profitably each year. Tata Genuine Parts (TGP) is a division of Tata Motors that continues to supply lakhs of spare parts for Tata commercial vehicles. Tata Genuine Parts (TGP) are manufactured at world-class facilities and pass stringent quality inspections, resulting in a flawless fit, increased service life, and seamless uptime at Tata Motors’ service centres.
A distribution network that includes over 230 distribution locations and over 20,000 retail outlets, as well as five warehouses. Every Tata Genuine Parts product is designed to outperform non-genuine spare parts in terms of uptime and service life. Every part must not only be designed to exact vehicle requirements, but it must also pass multiple quality control checks.

Tata Suraksha protects your vehicle with comprehensive service, ensuring that your productivity is never endangered. Tata Suraksha is an annual maintenance package that includes complete preventative and regular maintenance, as well as breakdown repairs to the vehicle's driveline, for a set charge. Presently, over 60,000 clients in India benefit from Tata Suraksha's vehicle care services. For long-term performance, you can choose 3-year contracts for SCV Cargo & Pickups.
INCLUSIONS AND PACKAGES

Tata Motors' 24x7 roadside support service guarantees resolution within 24 hours for any Tata Motors commercial vehicle models under warranty, wherever in India, regardless of location. The company guarantees 30 minutes of acknowledgement time, on-site arrival within 2 hours during the day (6 am to 10 pm) and up to 4 hours at night (10 pm to 6 am). If the service is delayed, the truck owner is also compensated.

Tata Kavach keeps your business on the route by providing the fastest possible accidental repair time. It is only available at specified workshops for vehicles insured by Tata Motors Insurance. Customers will receive daily compensation of Rs. 500 per day to compensate for the late delivery if the problem cannot be fixed within 15 days.
Vehicles requiring accident repair must report to TML-authorized Accident Special Workshops. Delay-based compensation in multiples of 24 hours after 15 days. Calls are routed and registered using the Tata Motors Insurance toll-free number 1800 209 0060.

Tata Motors Prolife exchanges remanufactured engines to reduce vehicle downtime and the total cost of ownership. The advantages are that the re-manufactured aggregates line covers over 75 goods, including engine long blocks, clutches, and cabins, and are priced at 40% to 80% of the MRP of new spares. They are also warranted against re-manufacturing or material problems.

Tata Zippy is a time-saving repair package for all BS6 vehicles. This ensures that any fault reported via a toll-free number or at the workshop is resolved within 12 months of sale or 14 months of vehicle manufacturing, whichever comes first.
Regular workshop service problems are guaranteed to be resolved within 8 hours, while major aggregate repairs are guaranteed to be resolved within 24 hours.
In the event of a delay, all SCV Cargo & Pickup trucks are entitled to a daily compensation of Rs.500 per day for warranty vehicles reported at the workshop. After 24 hours, compensation payments commence.
Tata Motors try to drive your business forward by providing a 3 Year/300,000 Km (whichever comes first) Driveline Warranty on all Yodha Pickups. Under the warranty scheme, you will receive assistance from the company's dealership and service network, which has over 1500+ touch points and a service facility every 62 kilometers across the country.
