He just accepted the Global Small Tractor Strategy Lead position, demonstrating everlasting dedication, extraordinary abilities, significant expertise, and a wealth of experience.
Rohan Jagadale joined John Deere as an Associate Section Manager in 2008 after earning his engineering degree and was later promoted to Senior Section Manager. He created nearly 13% CAGR growth because of his experience and market knowledge.

He was in charge of tractor exports to over 120 nations. He worked his way up the corporate ladder, holding positions such as Project Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Regional Product Marketing Manager, and Regional Business Lead.
He recently became John Deere's worldwide Small Tractor Strategy Lead, and he is now in charge of developing the vision and strategy for John Deere's worldwide small tractor product range.
He is also driving the team in the proper direction so that numerous efforts for the small tractor product family that we are likely to see in 2026 and 2030 may be built and executed.
