VECV Opens New Facility for Eicher Pro X Trucks in Bhopal

The app, in partnership with Pulse Energy, provides access to over 1,300 fast chargers, helping users locate stations and check availability. Collaborations with Automovill and Battwheels offer over 140 service stations for better vehicle maintenance. PM Modi Highlights Need for More Batteries Production to Support EV Market

Domestic Tractor Sales Report January 2025: 11.31% Growth, 61,875 Units Sold
Domestic tractor sales in India grew 11.31% in January 2025, reaching 61,875 units. Mahindra & Mahindra led the market with 26,305 units, showing 14.51% growth. John Deere posted the highest growth at 18.01%, while New Holland saw a remarkable 38% increase. Escorts Kubota faced a 10.68% decline, selling 6,058 units. The market’s overall growth highlights increasing demand in the agricultural sector, though some brands faced challenges in maintaining market share amid fierce competition and evolving industry dynamics.
Krishi Darshan Expo 2025: Lakhs of Farmers to Gather in Hisar for a Three-Day Event
Krishi Darshan Expo 2025, held from February 15-17 at NRFMTTI, Hisar, will feature 350 exhibitors and over 1,15,000 farmers. Key attractions include Montra’s electric tractor launch, organic farming tips, and drone and solar demonstrations. Farmers will also receive guidance on loans, subsidies, and waste management. Haryana’s Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini will inaugurate the event. Good News for Farmers: Increased Seed Subsidy Under NFSM
The Indian government has updated the National Food Security and Nutrition Mission (NFSM) to support farmers and seed producers. Key changes include increased seed subsidies, support for traditional seed varieties, and seed processing at the Panchayat level. Government to Distribute Soil Health Cards: How to Apply and Benefits
The Haryana government has distributed 86.65 lakh Soil Health Cards under the "Har Khet-Swasth Khet" campaign to help farmers improve productivity. Soil testing labs—17 permanent and 54 small—were established, and a portal was launched in 2022 for easy soil sample submission. The cards analyze 12 key nutrients and physical parameters, offering fertilizer recommendations. Farmers can apply through District Agriculture Offices or online for better soil health and increased crop yields.
