Escorts Kubota Limited sold 9,850 tractors in June 2023, a decline of 2% in YOY sales.

Escorts Kubota Limited Agri Machinery announced its June 2023 sales report. Escorts Kubota Limited Agri Machinery business sold a total of 9,850 tractor units in June 2023, compared to 10,051 units sold in June 2022. There is a decrease of 2% in YOY sales.

Domestic tractor sales in June 2023 were 9,270 tractors, up from 9,265 in June 2022. The company's domestic tractor sales increased by 0.1% in June 2023.

In June 2023, Escorts Kubota exported 580 tractors, compared to 786 tractors in June 2022. In the export market, the company's tractor sales were down by -26.2% in June 2023.

V S T Tillers Tractors Limited's June sales increased by 6.42%.

V S T Tillers Tractors Limited has announced its June 2023 sales numbers. The company sold 4638 units in June 2023, compared to 4358 units in June 2022. As a result, the VST Tractor sales figures increased by 6.42%.

In June 2023, the company sold 4016 power tillers, compared to 3769 in June 2022, representing sales figures increased by 6.55%. As a result, there has been an increase in power tillers sales, with a difference of 247 Power Tillers.

Tata Motors reported total commercial vehicle sales of 34,314 units in June 2023.

Tata Motors Limited sold 2,26,245 automobiles in the domestic and international markets in Q1 FY 2023-24, compared to 2,31,248 units in Q1 FY 2022-23.

Domestic MH&ICV sales in June 2023, including trucks and buses, were 13,980 units, compared to 13,366 units in June 2022; and 34,256 units in Q1 FY24, compared to 37,491 units in Q1 FY23.

Total sales for the MH&ICV Domestic & International Business, including trucks and buses, were 14,323 units in June 2023, compared to 14,362 units in June 2022; and 35,645 units in Q1 FY24, compared to 39,696 units in Q1 FY23. Overall, Commercial vehicle sales are declining.

Mahindra FES overall tractor sales increased by 6% in June 2023

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. just announced their June 2023 tractor sales report. In June 2023, Mahindra tractor sales totalled 44,478 units, compared to 41,848 units in June 2022 in the domestic and export market. Overall Mahindra tractor sales show a 6% growth in June 2023.

Mahindra Domestic tractor sales were 43,364 units in June 2023, compared to 39,825 units in June 2022. Mahindra's domestic tractor sales show a 9% growth in sales.

Tresa Motors unveils first Model V0.1 electric truck

Tresa Motors has presented its first electric truck, the Model V0.1, which is based on its FLUX350 Axial Flux Motor Platform. Tresa Motors' perspective on the industrial design, axial flux powertrain, and safe battery packs for medium and large electric trucks has been unveiled for the global market.

According to an official statement, India's fleet currently consists of 2.8 million trucks, which produce 60% of emissions. With the upcoming vehicle scrappage policy in 2024 and growing fuel costs, the current environment is favourable for a shift to medium and large electric vehicles.

Ashok Leyland's domestic sales increased by 2.31% in June 2023.

Ashok Leyland is generally acknowledged as India’s most dependable commercial vehicle manufacturer. The sales report for June 2023 has been released by Ashok Leyland, the flagship company of the Hinduja Group. Total vehicle sales, including domestic and exports, increased by 0.98%.

Commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland sold a total of 13,336 units in June 2023, including medium and heavy commercial vehicles and light commercial vehicles, compared to 13,206 units in June 2022. There is a growth of 0.98% in year-on-year sales.

Electric three-wheeler sales increased incredibly in June 2023.

Electric three-wheeler sales increased incredibly in June 2023. According to Vahan Data, passenger and commercial electric 3-wheeler sales totalled 48,009 units at the end of the preceding month.

The electric three-wheeler industry, which includes both passenger and commercial three-wheelers, has seen substantial development as a result of continued demand for passenger transportation as well as from last-mile operators for a variety of other uses.

VE commercial vehicle sales rise 6.5% in June 2023

The Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle (VECV) Truck Sales Report for June 2023 shows a 6.5 % increase in overall sales. VE Commercial Vehicles sold 6,715 units in June 2023 as compared to 6,307 units in June 2022.

Total Volvo Trucks & Buses sales in June 2023 were 188 units, as compared to 122 units in June 2022. Overall, there is a growth of 54.1%.

Ashok Leyland Is Set To Launch Its First Four-Wheeled Electric Small CVs Soon

Ashok Leyland's upcoming electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCV) will be manufactured at its light commercial vehicle (LCV) production site in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The company will release two new electric vehicles based on the Dost and Bada Dost series.

To sell the next electric vehicles, Ashok Leyland is also collaborating with its subsidiary brand, Switch Mobility. The trucks will be assembled at the LCV production facility and marketed under the Switch Mobility brand. Ashok Leyland is confident to meet the demand for its upcoming electric vehicles.

Ashok Leyland is also planning to expand its foreign operations by targeting more new markets with a new range of vehicles offering three levels of complexity.

Magenta Mobility has launched an EV charger called PLENT

Magenta Mobility, an electric mobility and EV charging solution supplier has introduced the PLENT EV charger. This EV charger has 12 charging outlets of 3.3 kW each and is capable of supporting numerous EVs.

It efficiently fulfils the needs of electric 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler charging. Its charging times range from 3 to 3.5 hours, with little downtime, competitive cost, and great performance and quality.

Auto sales in June grow by 10%, first-half sales by 53% of CY2023

The Federation Of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) issued sales data for June 2023. The sales of all popular Commercial Vehicle manufacturers in India are included in this report. It shows a 0.44% increase in Y-O-Y truck sales in India. In June 2023, the Commercial Vehicle sold 73,212 units, up from 72,894 in June 2022.

Tata Motors grabbed the first position, with the largest number of sales of 26,033 units, while Daimler India experienced the highest growth of 41.05% in FADA June 2023 sales.

Tata Motors is India's largest CV maker. In June 2023, the brand sold 26,033 units, compared to 29,258 units in the same month last year. The brand sales declined by 11.02%.

Three-wheeler Sales were up 75.48% year on year to 86,511 units (June 2023: 49,299 units), making this the biggest June ever. The surge in demand for electric models is propelling the segment forward; combined passenger and goods EV sales of 41,919 units are up 60.51% from June 2022's 26,115 units.
