Ameet Shroff, Managing Director of Deluxe Trucks and Buses, stated, "The cooperation targets individuals, small-medium size organizations, and large commercial businesses for flexible financing of up to 95 per cent of the vehicle cost. Our primary goal is to provide clients with uptime, and we will work hard to ensure that our customers are consistently satisfied."

Deluxe Trucks and Buses, completely owned by Simba Corp, has been selected as the sole authorized distributor of the whole range of Ashok Leyland truck and bus brands. Simba Corp. also owns Associated Vehicle Assemblers (AVA), which assembles automobiles locally.
