Force Motors Launches Digital Transformation Project 'DigiForce'

Force Motors, a prominent van manufacturer, has launched Project DigiForce, a digital transformation initiative aimed at increasing innovation and productivity throughout its supply chain. 

EY Parthenon, a premier strategic consulting firm, has been hired to assist Force Motors with its revolutionary initiative.

The digital technology and innovative solutions developed throughout this two-year program will contribute to the development of a future-ready company.

The key milestones in this collaboration with EY-P include rebuilding Force Motors' digital landscape, adopting advanced digital platforms, technologies, and customer solutions, and increasing Force Motors' capabilities and security. 

Project DigiForce also includes specific change management, training, and development programs to support workers and dealers through this transformation.

EY Parthenon's expertise will be critical in ensuring that Force Motors seamlessly navigates the digital transformation process, preserving its competitive advantage in the ever-changing automotive sector.
