Saera Electric is the market leader in the L3 range of electric three-wheelers (e-rickshaw), whereas Keto Motors specializes in designing and manufacturing the L5 range of electric three-wheelers (e-autorickshaw) for passenger and cargo applications.

In a major leap towards sustainable urban mobility, leading electric vehicle manufacturers Keto Motors and Saera Electric have joined forces to establish a groundbreaking joint venture. The strategic collaboration aims to revolutionize the market with the introduction of cutting-edge electric three-wheelers that promise to redefine last-mile transportation.

Keto Motors and Saera Electric have announced a strategic alliance and the formation of the Saera Keto joint venture, with the goal of becoming a prominent participant in India's electric three-wheeler (E3W) market.

The new electric three-wheelers, which will be sold under the Saera Keto brand, will have features like fast charging technology, a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), and top-tier safety and comfort for both drivers and passengers.

With climate-conscious transportation solutions gaining momentum, the partnership between Keto Motors and Saera Electric comes as a timely response to the growing demand for energy-efficient urban mobility options. The companies have committed their expertise and resources to design, produce, and distribute electric three-wheelers that excel in both performance and environmental sustainability.

Saera Electric is the market leader in the L3 range of electric three-wheelers (e-rickshaw), whereas Keto Motors specializes in designing and manufacturing the L5 range of electric three-wheelers (e-autorickshaw) for passenger and cargo applications.

The collaboration will combine Saera Electric's skills in design, production, and retailing with Keto Motors' competence in designing and manufacturing the L5 range of electric three-wheelers.

Saera Keto's strategic plan includes a large presence across India, with an initial network of over 100 dealers that is expected to increase to 250 dealers within a year. This expansion strategy assures that L5 Electric vehicles are available in major metros, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The joint venture plans to meet India's ambitious emissions reduction objectives by driving toward the electrification of the three- and two-wheeler fleets by 2030.

The JV would produce high-speed electric passenger and cargo vehicles at facilities in Telangana and Haryana. Saera Keto intends to release six new products in the next six months.

This joint venture not only reinforces the commitment of both companies to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change but also underscores their dedication to driving innovation in the electric vehicle sector. As the world seeks cleaner and more efficient modes of transportation, Keto Motors and Saera Electric's partnership stands as an example of progress.
