Tata Motors has introduced its Customer Care Mahotsav 2024, a special customer engagement initiative for its commercial vehicle customers across India. The program will run until December 24, 2024, and will be held at over 2,500 authorized service outlets nationwide.

The Mahotsav offers various benefits to commercial vehicle fleet owners and drivers. Customers can get thorough vehicle check-ups conducted by trained technicians, access value-added services, and benefit from Tata Motors' Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative. During the Mahotsav, drivers will receive training on driving practices that prioritize both safety and fuel efficiency. Executive Director's Statement

Mr. Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors, expressed excitement about the launch of the 2024 edition of the Mahotsav. He noted the significance of October 23, the day Tata Motors sold its first commercial vehicle in 1954, which is now celebrated as Customer Care Day. He emphasized the company's dedication to providing excellent service and invited all Tata Motors customers to participate in the Mahotsav at their nearest service centers.

Tata Motors’ Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative offers a full range of services for the entire lifecycle of a vehicle, including breakdown assistance, guaranteed turnaround times, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and easy access to genuine spare parts. Tata Motors also provides Fleet Edge, a connected vehicle platform designed to enhance fleet management, improve vehicle uptime, and lower the total cost of ownership for operators.
