The new Ashok Leyland 3525 Tipper is an AVTR-based modular tipper designed for heavy-duty applications. This strong tipper, also known as a 12-tyre multi-axle tipper, comes in a variety of versions and cabin configurations. Customers can pick and choose what is required for any particular application using the modular platform.
The tipper is powered by an A-series engine from Ashok Leyland, which delivers 250hp and 900 Nm of torque at 1200-18000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 9-speed transmission. The front suspension is semi-elliptic multi-leaf, with the option of a parabolic. The rear suspension is either bogie or NRS semi-elliptic. The rear axle is a fully floating single-speed unit, and the front axle is a forged I section with a reverse Elliot type. Considering the safety and harsh operating conditions, this tipper has full air dual line brakes with ABS and ASA. The parking brake is only available on the rear wheels. This enormous tipper's bolted structure is 275 X 75 X 8+6 mm in size to enable big material lifting and dependability.
N- cay cabin is the factory-fitted standard cabin. You can also choose a more luxurious cabin. The tipping body is available in three sizes: 16 m3, 18 m3, and 22 m3. There are several tire options available, including the 295/90R20, 295/95D20, 11x20 16PR, and 11R20 16PR.
